okparanormal is a research-driven investigation team based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We combine a broad range of tools and diverse perspectives to collect and document evidence from reportedly haunted locations. Rather than rely on mediums or spiritual methods, we prioritize instrumentation—favoring data over divination. For us, the path to understanding lies in building on the work of those who came before, advancing knowledge through careful observation and empirical inquiry.
Odds are, we're never going to capture a definitive piece of evidence that conclusively proves the existence of ghosts. What we can do, however, is contribute to the community at large and add to an ever-growing database of paranormal evidence.
If you asked why we do this, you might hear a few solid answers: to further general knowledge, to apply the scientific (or at least pseudo-scientific) method, or to explore the possibility of physical evidence for a spiritual world. And those are true.
But at the heart of it? We do it because we enjoy it. It's fun.
That’s not to say we take it lightly. We understand the potential seriousness of paranormal investigation. Those of us who believe spirits are real also believe they deserve respect. That’s why we investigate without antagonizing.

Castle of Muskogee
Our inaugural investigation will be at the Castle of Muskogee! For safety reasons and to make sure there isn't any interference, we won't publicly announce the date ahead of time. We will, however, have footage provided by the middle of September!
